But also one of the main factors that determine the efficiency of the machine from several  points of view: speed in operation, fuel consumption, operator demand, possible losses caused by  the immobilization of the equipment. 

Excessive wear of bucket teeth turns into a lack of productivity, and their replacement with new  ones should be done as soon as possible. However, there are cases in which a tooth breaks, due to  various factors, the most common being wear. Also, the quality of the tooth has a major influence,  which ultimately affects the cost of operation. 

Operators often prefer lower quality teeth for immediate investment, but their reliability and  efficiency ultimately lead to more frequent downtime of the machine because they need to be  changed more often, repeated investments, operating difficulties and even incompatibility with the  system. cup holder.
